Job Title: Administrative / Operations Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire an Operations / Administrative Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing administrative procedures and systems as well as devising ways to improve operations processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and operations personnel
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Design and Develop strategies for effective business development opportunities
- Increase clientele base by recording successful sales pitches
- Oversee Record keeping and employee relations activities
- Ensure office administrative matters are expertly handled
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have at least an HND in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
- Must be confident, business savvy and have a passion for achieving results
- Must be tenacious and have a sense of responsibility
- Should reside on the island and its environs
- Must have worked at least a year in a similar role
- Must have basic technical knowledge of electrical equipments
